Complete nonsense, but as I wrote the lyrics, in these strange times, it seems appropriate to me, as we float All at Sea. The initial inspiration, was an old Buddhist story that goes something like this; A king has a vision in his sleep that there would come a rain, which would pollute the water and drive everyone crazy. So, he ordered his subjects to store a lifetimes drinking water for him and only him. Sure enough he was proved right and everyone except him went crazy. However as time progressed, he noticed that everyone else was crazy, but getting along....except for him of course. He was alone in his sanity and eventually his sanity became such a burden that he too drank the polluted water, so that he could join with the rest of society.
I don't claim to be a poet, but that's the inspiration anyway. Hence "crazy is the place you wanna be, when you're all at sea".
